Dispirited Star.
Today’s very productive but it somehow felt dreary and dispiriting for me. I hope it’s PMS. LOL. I just don’t want to feel or think that IT is no longer fun and IT is starting to be a chore. If so, I would stop and quit. :S OK. Am rarely like this. I must be really tired.

Reality TV Shows in the Philippines.
Finally, after a really long time, someone who I think deserves to win in a reality tv show, won.
Pinoy Big Brother. Pilipinas Got Talent. Showtime. Survivor Philippines. The list goes on and on. Filipinos are huge fans of reality TV shows.
But there’s just this one thing that upsets me about it. The best and deserving does not always win.
How should we really judge when someone joins a reality TV show? Shouldn’t we judge them by their performance and by their character, not by the amount in their wallets, or by their looks?
I do understand that most joins a certain competition to be an instant millionaire and/or to be famous. And I do know that Filipinos are really sympathetic. :) It’s just that I’ve observed that when one has an interesting pitiful story behind them, it is almost a guarantee that they will win, even if they don’t really do well in the competition. It happens almost every time. The one who needs money the most wins. I just think that we all want to win and we must therefore be given fair chances of winning. Right?
Come to think of it. Would you want to win out of mercy? Or win because you truly deserve it?
